SYMPHONY OF SEA SMELLS, ISTRIAN FERTILE SOIL AND TRADITIONAL COOKERY BOOKS IN NEW GUISE

Our inexhaustible inspirations are the sea, land, nature and extremely rich tradition. Preparing tailor-made dishes for our guests, we were driven by the gastronomy nurtured by our grandmothers, who cooked according to the calendar, following the seasons of the year. An abundance of fish, home-grown vegetables in summer, luxury crops in late autumn, fragrant manestra and sausages in winter, as well as the magic of plants growing wild in spring are sufficient motives for you to let us spoil you. We keep our tradition, but learn from new practices. Bon appétit!
